The Zen Den was created during a time where I felt a shift in my life. I found myself becoming more in tune with who I am in a spiritual, emotional and physical manner. During this newfound journey, I realized my energy being pulled into a different aspect of living and beliefs.
My name is Mookiee Lovee and I wanted to create a space where my people can feel the shifts in energy through meditation practices in the most simplistic ways such as a small token of jewelry or having a crystal on their person or in their personal space.
