A: No, accounts are not mandatory for purchases from The Zen Den, however, accounts are recommended.
Q: The item I am looking for is out of stock/unavailable online. When will it be available?
A: Item restocks will update monthly. Subscribe to our mailing list for notifications regarding new items as well as restocks.
Q: How long will it take for my order to be received?
A: Orders are processed within 10-20 business days which does not include weekends or holidays. Orders are expected to be fulfilled by day 15 but very well may be completed beforehand.
Q: What is the return policy?
A: Merchandise ordered from The Zen Den is non-refundable. ALL Sales Are FINAL.
