ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
- Shipping confirmation and tracking numbers will be sent via email and/or SMS message once orders have been confirmed and fulfilled.
- Orders will be processed within 10-20 business days. Please be advised, business days DO NOT include weekends nor holidays.
- Packages will be shipped via Standard shipping ONLY at a rate of $8.99. The Zen Den will not be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged once retrieved by USPS.
- If package is returned to sender for any reason, i.e, incorrect address, incomplete address, etc., customer is responsible for a reship fee of $8.99 to ship items again.
- For addresses entered incorrectly, please email thezenden.shoppe@gmail immediately with the order number, contact name and correct address to update information.
